To rent your apartment you must have all the documentation in order and all the paperwork related to the home, including: certificate of energy efficiency of the property, personal documentation (DNI, NIE or passport), receipts from supply companies, certificate of habitability of the property.
It depends on several factors and is not an exact science, but we give you an idea:
- The apartments that we rent for less than €1,000/month in Madrid we close in less than 1 month.
- Apartments between €1,000 and €2,000/month take an average of 6 weeks.
- Apartments of more than €2,000/month take an average of 2 months.
Remember that we seek to rent it as quickly as possible but always to a solvent tenant.
